Home Track Together is a collaborative project curated by Société Ricard Live Music during the French COVID-19 lockdown. Four selected artists created a track featuring sounds sent by the audience, following four different themes: animal sounds, lockdown sounds, teleworking sounds and kitchen sounds.
While each video has its own visual specificities, we created a coherent set using the same four colours and keeping the box distortion concept throughout all four videos. The distorted box can be understood as the lockdown boundaries (administrative, rules, houses’ walls, etc) being twisted through the mental and psychological needs for outside activities or indoor distractions.
