The band’s concept is that the Pion, meaning pawn in French, comes from an old futuristic civilisation. Therefore, they wanted us to produce visuals depicting this fictitious society. In order to create their artworks, we developed a whole new language comprising an alphabet and ideograms, that are used for the textual information, and a set of organic textures and warm colours.
